Meet Dr. Tsao-Wu

dr-tsao-wu-picDr. Gladys Tsao-Wu was born in Massachusetts and raised in Boulder, Colorado. She completed undergraduate studies in biochemistry and cell biology at Northwestern University and earned her medical doctorate from Wake Forest University Medical School. Her residency training in both general surgery and plastic surgery was at Penn State Unlversity Hershey Medical Center.

Dr. Tsao-Wu is board certified in both General Surgery and Plasic Surgery. She practiced for three years in Cape Girardeau, Missouri, working with Dr. Gregory Tobin at Midwest Physicians and Surgeons. During that time, she was honored for excellence in patient care with the "Living Our Values" Physician Award from the St. Francis Medical Center.

In 2006, she moved to Albuquerque to join Dr. Chester Sakura at New Mexico Plastic Surgery. Her practice covers a wide range of reconstructive and cosmetic procedures.  Her special focus is in breast surgery.
